Promotion rules and conditions:
1) This promotion is open to participants 19 years of age or older who possess a valid BC driver’s license. 2) Participants must fill out and sign a Test Drive release form providing complete and accurate information, including full name, address, phone number, email address (if applicable) and a copy of the participant’s driver’s license. 3) Sun Valley Nissan states categorically that participants are under no obligation to buy the vehicle being test driven for this promotion. 4) Only one (1) Test Drive gas card will be offered to an individual or household even if several vehicles are test driven or if multiple members of the household test drive the vehicle on different days of the promotional period. 5) This promotion only applies to 2016-17 Nissan TITAN trucks during the promotional period, March 21-25, 2017. No other new or used vehicles are eligible. 6) Participants agree to potentially receive communications from Sun Valley Nissan or its affiliate Nissan Canada, at which point they can choose to opt out or unsubscribe any time. 7) Sun Valley Nissan reserves the right to accompany an individual on the test drive. 8) Sun Valley Nissan reserves the right to deny an individual the test drive if they determine the individual to be unfit to drive. 9) Sun Valley Nissan reserves the right to alter or end the promotion at its sole discretion.
